This is near the city of monterrey, mexico. A mexican president ial candidate, Jorge Alvarez martinez, was on the stage when this happened. Tonight, a vta bus watched that video, by a passenger with a machete, and the bus driver tells us it felt like forever until help arrived when he pressed his panic button right there on the bus.
