Us today is a amendment that would say that within 5 days after our department of real estate reaches an agreement with a purchase their report the final sale price and conditions of sale in writing to the clerk of the board sw afterwards there would be a 30 day date timeframe which fr which a resolution is introduced at the board of supervisors and passed and adopted in order for the transaction sale to go through. I think that amendment addresses the concerns that were raised that the board of supervisor would not have the aability to way in on the agreement and give our director of real estate the ability to compete competitively in the market given the circumstances. Box is where we are in the budget so we issued the budget instructions in november the governor put out the proposal and the department sent their budget on february 23rd this month we are updating the 5 year Financial Plan which is the joint report and were beginning our conversations with various Budget Stakeholder and starting our budget process in my youll all hear the controllers 9 month update our financial look at where we are that gives us a sense of how much additional unspent money might be available whether Revenue Growth and expenditures savings to help balance that and on june 1st, the mayor will give a balanced budget to the board were early in the process but the departments have a lot of work so for youll be hearing from them from this committee and theyll welcome the opportunity to 0 meet you with individually to sharing their ideas ill be happy to answer any questions. Vision zero is signed to the Vision Zero Campaign and task force so that we hear from the police what they are doing around the transbay hub and know that we are going to have something very important there. Part of the operating budget at the temporary terminal is with an agreement with sfmta and there are parking control officers i believe in the afternoons in the blocks surrounding the temporary terminal. Not to add to the agenda i think this should be an item on the agenda with the cac and where they see a lot of issues. I know i get emails from residents and increasing over the last couple of months about congestion issues in this part of south market. Its not just the transbay terminal. There is construction at every corner of that neighborhood but i think it would be great for the residents to give feedback in terms how to better deploy the resources.
