Accusations on her Facebook Page, saying her actions with the officers were not only consented to but also legal. Reporter well, we went to the home of the woman at the center of this investigation. The person who answered the door said no comment. But we opened up her Facebook Page about an hour ago where we got a reaction. Late tonight the woman at the center of this investigation posted a response on facebook saying she did not have sexual relations with any current opd officer while under age, and that her relationships began after she turned 18. The woman, allegedly connected with the three officers through facebook. Those officers now under investigation for Sexual Misconduct. Today i issued an executive directive. The mayor says that that directive requires the Oakland Police department to notify the District Attorneys Office whenever there is any suspicion of criminal conduct by an officer.
