who can t have a child themselves, so to destroy a life that could be meaningful to someone else is really a shame. the board of physicians says brigham has never been licensed to practice medicine in maryland. dr. reilly s license was suspended back in 2010, shortly after that botched procedure. the attorney representing her in that case with the medical board said these criminal charges are without legal merit. we ll have more on this story, and you ll find it on our website, abc2news.com. it s on the home page. senator nancy jacobs said she has been following this case since it s started and the best way for this not to happen in maryland is for the state to require licenses for all clinics that perform abortions. she said if to the clinics become licensed, they would also be subject to the type of inspections that could have stopped illegal procedures. the reason they did this in maryland is because maryland has next to nothing, as far as laws regarding this. alth

trapped underwater. training camp turns tragic. what caused the deadly accident and reaction from the community. hi everybody i m kai jackson. vic and denise are off tonight here are what people are talking about. conslins was wearing a life jacket when her boat capsized. but something still went terribly wrong. only a freshman, olivia conelante is well known. she didn t have any elmies with anybody. everybody loved her. reporter: she had many interesting including sailing. and yesterday, her small sail both like this one capsizes. her harness became entangled in the vessels rigging. she was not able to reach the surface. a captain near by responded. he freed her within a couple of minutes. reporter: but it was too late. reporter: the girl s harness became tangled in the line. the harness attaches right here. it s a device that allows the sailor to lean back over the edge of the boat to keep it balanced. we ve not had classes today. at the place where she went

the best concert i ve ever seen in my life. there is prelude to the weekend. it s going to get a whole lot better. we ve been stuck in this pattern with early morning showers, most to our north and then we miss on the afternoon storms. we ve done that the last two or three days. here we go this morning, an eruption of thunder and lightning past westminster. some may have been awakened by the thunder, getting a dousing of rain. pretty boy reservoir, park inn, northbound, lancaster and pa, you can see its moving to our north. we have this band of cloudiness here, see if maybe something else ignites along this line, but most of the energy has been locked north of us. we need rain and it looks like we will be stuck for a little while waiting for rain. today we ve got one more shot with humid air and showers and thunderstorms. we ll talk about that coming up. right now our first look at traffic. still early, not many out there just yet waking up. we have a few people on the
