In court as the judge began to read his ruling it became clear that the verdicts in this case would be not guilty. Three charges remained after several were drop. One, Involuntary Manslaughter area the third the second, Reckless Endangerment. The third, having to do with how he was handled in that police van back in april 2015. Suffering fatal injuries as he was driven around west baltimore. The judge ruling that there was not enough evidence to prove that he had committed a crime.
