A relaxed fishing outing turned tragic when two anglers were washed off the rocks in East London’s West Bank early on Sunday. The men were fishing off the coast at Cocobana at about 7am when rough seas knocked them into the water. One of the men, a 38-year-old, drowned while the other sustained cracked ribs.
