Baltimore county where a watermain break is causing a lot of problems for people in schools in perry hall, carney and parkville. This watermain break is near the 4100 block of east joppa road between seven courts drive and belair road in perry hall, baltimore county. This is a 12inch watermain and the impact is being felt from belair road on the east to loch raven boulevard on the west and as far south as northern parkway inside the city limits. Some customers have no water while others are experiencing low water pressure and some will even see some brown water. The department of public works is on the scene as you can see. They are trying to isolate the break and the crews are working hard to return service to the affected areas.
