The officer did attempt to use a tauzer a taser but it was ineffective. The man continued at the officer still has the knife and refused repeated commands to drop the knife. Fearing for his safety the officer shot the man in the chest. 36yearold Gregory Stegall dies at the scene. You have to be crazy to go towards a cop with something. Its a long Term Solution for what had a z what has been a bitter battle. After years of contention debate all sides have come together and agreed on a contract that will allow horse racing to continue here in maryland for the next decade. Theyre off. For horse racing fans its about one thing. Just the thrill of it. That thrill will now continue in maryland until at least the year 202 2. Thats thanks to a new agreement approved tuesday. Maryland will see a total of 146 live racing days in 2013 and at least 100 days of live racing for the next 9 years after that. This was a very significant moment for the racing industry in maryland. Youll remember this a decade from now. Allen forman says the deal should give horse men and breeders a stable future and provide strongers purses to compete for. The deal is a win for the Maryland Jockey Club which owns and operates the tracks. The new financial arrangement will allow them to make improvements to their ageing facilities. The agreement ends years of debate between the group over how to save the racing industry. Theres no more conflict, theres no more animosity and get get down to business. Its a good deal. Some people might want to go to that extreme of never ever shaking hand. When youre not sick and the other person seems healthy thats okay so long as you are practicing good hand washing on a regular basis. If you see somebody coming at you and know that they dont looking so well, you can throw up your hands and say excuse me for not shaking hands, but its great to see you. I was actually getting ready to go to that. Lets say that for instance, i was on an airplane a couple weeks ago. I noticed the person was only a couple rows in front of me had blown their nose. They didnt appear sick. They evacuated the nostrils. When we got up to get off the plane this person recognized me and went to shake hands. I kind of deferred it a little bit. I said i just could coughed into my hand give me an elbow bump brother. What is the way to get out of that situation . Since you were traveling and it wasnt a business meeting where its expected, i think thats just fine. You could always do the same thing i just talked about forgive me for not shaking hands great to see you. If the handshake just happens because its instinctive go and wash up for a good 20 seconds at least or use some alcohol based hand santtizer sanitizer. A question about hand sanitizer.
