Speeds at 55 on the beltway, top and west side. No problems still on 95 either. Thats a look at the topside of the beltway at harford road and a look at the west side. Its getting busier there. The president will be hosting a Health Care Event at the white house today at which time hes expected to address the lingering issue with the programs website. Susan mcginnis reports for wjz. President obama is expected to call problems with the governments Affordable Care act website inexcusable. The huge out pouring of interest shows how important it is we get this right. Two escaped killers are back behind bars this morning. Now police are trying to figure out how they were able to fool prison officials. Joseph jenkins and paul walker were captured in a panama hotel. How police want to know who helped them gain their release. An underlying speculation where there was a source for a certain sum of money these documents could be constructed. Police say theyre presuing a tip of someone. Both inmates were serving life sentences for murder. An accident above the pennsylvania line leads to the deaths of five people. Police say it was a headon collision involving two motorcycles and an suv that happened an hour from here. Four people were on bikes, two others were in the suv. Investigators say the suv crossed the center line and caused the accident. Starting today Maryland State Police are cracking down on drivers who dont move over when emergency vehicles are on their side of the road. A maryland state trooper is nearly killed as a driver fails to move over. Ive been hit by a car. Last year troop er er david aveo survived but was left with complications. There doesnt seem like light at the end of the tunnel but im able to walk. Another trooper Jacqueline Kline was hit by a driver as they failed to move over. She broke the rear wind shield and hit the k9 cage. She fell off into a ditch. The move over law took effect in 2010. Officers said it is drivers are still putting them in danger. Its time to make the public aware of the necessity of the law. Troopers will be extremely vigilant, looking for drivers who fail to move over one lane for stopped emergency vehicles with lights activated. Disobeying that law will add point to you license and cost you between 150 and 750. If theyre unable the move over slow down to a safe speed. Three people are under arrest in Anne Arundel County charges with stealing dozens of boxes of ammo from the air marshall program. 18yearold brandon tree was driving suspiciously. After they pulled him over with a 15 and 16yearold they found 70 boxes of ammo, bolt cutters and a flashlight. He admitted to breaking into a trailer and taking the ammo. A local landmark is getting a facelift. According to our media partner the Baltimore Sun the citys Washington Monument will undergo 5 million on repairs on its pillar and pedastol. As Christie Illeto reports, the foundation was created in memory of yeardley love. 60 minutes on tape with one big message, stop Relationship Violence. The whole story line is broken around these four escalating phases of Relationship Violence. Those stories are as real as they come. Where suddenly the perpetrator in this case doesnt allow the victim to make choices. Theres a lot of controlling issues. The one Law Foundation organized in memory of yeardley love is the driving force behind this educational video thursday. Until yeardleys murder by her boyfriend dating violence was something women thought would never happen to them. Now her family and the foundation are spotlighting the issue. The biggest goal that people stop ignoring signs and catch them at an earlier time. Each year Domestic Violence kills 450 women 16 to 26 years old. One in three women will be effected by Relationship Violence in her lifetime, one of four during college. The foundation is hoping that the educational film will drive young people to their smart phones. The one Law Foundation developed an app. The 20 question test shows if its a dangerous relationship. Say that doesnt look healthy, im concerned about you, take this test and see if things arent adding up properly. With the film set to reach more young adults they say its another tool to stop this dangerous trend from taking another innocent life. As gigi barnett explains, experts say the prices will continue to fall. 41 days and counting gases have been on a steady decline. I come to this corner and look and see who has the lowers price an its usual will i this usually this gas station. My wifes car demands premium gasoline. When it was over 4 it was a headache to fill up. Now its getting easier. Aaa says over the last month and a half prices have fallen by more than a quarter. The agency believes the slide is only going to continue until the end of the year. We expect that gas prices will remain steady and decline more as were seeing weak demand, supplies pentful. They can go back down to where they were when i was in high school. 70 cents a gallon. For some drivers its cause to celebrate. Others though are still a little skeptical about the drop. In terms of what americans call cheap gas were not going to get that. Gas stations are switched over to the winter blends which are generally cheaper than those used in the summer months. The treatment sometimes is as hard as having the disease itself. You need a lot of resources in order to get through it. If i was a weak, pain, sadfilled person in 2001 is when i encountered this disease i might not have made it. Thats an interesting way of looking at it. You have to be mentally sharp just to get through a good healthy day. Youre juicing in the morning . Yes. You know, you dont need as much food as you think you do. Thats one of the things you learn when youre a vegan. Theres a big difference between being nourished and full. I live on juice until about noon. Do you really . Yeah. Oh okay. I dont drink coffee. I have tons of energy. Sdwlsz coffee is a vegetable isnt it .
