Obviously surrounding homes, one next door, they are basically on standby waiting for them to get the word as to whether not they can return to their homes. The people that are displaced will be helped by the red cross. They do not know why this fire started but they believe that it might have been electrical. The reason for thi shooting. None of the people that he shot were a militarnot to military personne. That all civilians. Friends of a lexus stated that he worked with others and he may have been frustrated about his pay but they never expected this. Going out and taking other peoples lives is another thing. U. S. Officials stated that he was discharged because of a pattern of misconduct. He was arrested for shooting the tires out on a car. And they stated that he had a and dirk fuel black out. He was arrested because he fired a gun and one time from his apartment. The Washington Post stated that he was arrested in georgia for disorderly conduct. Saying . Well, its a great city with great challenges. Thats what one Council Member expressed to me today. They took a moment to mourn the 102 lives lost before visiting neighborhoods impacted by violence. Oakland leaders spent saturday but their Community Just hours after police began investigating another homicide. The 100nd homicide of the year happened in east oakland near 45th and bancroft avenues. 2 people were shot. One is in stable condition. The other debt city Council Members and other Community Leaders held a vigil at city hall for all of those impacted. Im a woman. A mom. I have been. Im a victim of violence myself. I know its scary.
