Happened in Boulder County this year. A semi truck hit the cyclist near the area east of 28th and arapahoe last night. Boulder police are working to piece together what happened. This Public Service annoucement on distracted driving was released by the Colorado State patrol on friday morning. The same morning trooper donahue was hit and killed on the side of i25 while assisting another accident. Its the third csp trooper death in the last 18 months.
