Aston Lark has bought two brokers in the health insurance space, Right to Health and The Health Insurance Specialists.
Terms of the deals were not disclosed, but both transactions are expected to complete in early March.
According to Aston Lark, Right to Health was founded in 2001 by Gary Marney and Stephen Carroll and is one of the UK’s largest individual health insurance specialists.

Erie-based nonprofit Stairways Behavioral Health is waiting to close on the sale of a 17,500-square-foot mansion it owns in east Erie and has ended its popular Bloom Collaborative healing arts center and community outreach program.
The three-story structure on the grounds of the historic former Rose Koehler Curtze estate at 138 E. 26th St. had been listed at $499,900 through Agresti Real Estate.
The mansion s sale is pending and is due to close in mid-to-late February, said Jake Scheloske, vice president of sales with Agresti Real Estate.
The property was listed on Sept. 10, and Stairways Behavioral Health recently found a prospective buyer.
