A Harborcreek Township couple is offering a solution.   T.J. Hesch, 36, and his wife, Emily, 38, launched Trash Walkers in December to help individuals and families who are either too busy or are unable to take out their trash and recyclables because of mobility issues or disabilities. The business model is simple: They will walk a customer s garbage and recycling bins to the curb on garbage night and return them to their storage locations after collection.  I think this is a very beneficial service, said T.J.
