Happened. No they believe jackson should have never gotten behind the wheel and state police say the same cross marks the spot where 30 year old Angie Cartwright lost her life. Police say she was walking home from a Christmas Party in surry county early in the morning on december 20th. He was following closley behind her boyfriend on the narrow burnt mill road when she was hit by a car. The young mother of three children died a short time later. State police say they found 47yearold Christopher Jackson in a near by home. Were told he was hiding his car behind the house. He was arrested and charged with felony hit and run. Today a surry grand jury indicted jackson on involuntary manslaughter. He will still be able to talk with his family in the phone his kids still kids will never be able to see thier mom jackson is still out of jail on bond. Im told he will now have to turn this new charge. Police tell me they couldnt charge him with dui because they found him three hours after the cra
