Caryma Sa’d, the Toronto lawyer who has made a pastime out of antagonizing anti-lockdown celebrity Chris Saccoccia (aka Chris Sky), will now go toe-to-toe with the pumped-up anti-masker in an interview. “My agenda isn’t to platform his dumb ideas, but to further entrench division within the movement,” Sa’d tells NOW Magazine. Details of the Saturday, July 10 event were posted on Instagram Wednesday afternoon. It will take place at 420 Cannabis Court, the outdoor venue in the courtyard of Chinatown Centre on Spadina. It will be streamed live online as part of the debut of Sa’d’s online show Caryma Rules The Night. Seating will be limited to 25 at the venue.

According to court documents obtained by CTV News Toronto, Saccoccia allegedly told a man named Rob Carbone, leader of the self-styled “Republican Party of Canada,” that he wished to kill Carbone, Ford and all of the premiers in Canada, on or about May 12. One week later, a Toronto police constable went to find Saccoccia in York Region, when the 37-year-allegedly drove a car at the constable in an attempt to flee.

The most recent charges against Saccoccia, also known as Chris Sky, stem from remarks made during a May 12 phone call with Rob Carbone, the head of the so-called Republican Party of Canada. Elections Canada does not list the party on its website.
