Obviously they want to get him off the street. All of this playing out just before 8 oclock tonight where we are here at 24th and norris in north philadelphia. Sixyearold boy was outside with his father and brother feet from their home when four shots rang out. The boy was hit. He ran inside the home. Thats when the family recognized he was bleeding badly. He is facing seconddegree murder charges for a shooting that kill an unarmed man at la quinta inn back in january. Brailsfords attorney wants a new preliminary hearing to would clear brailsford. Police in goodyear developed a sketch of a man suspected of exposing himself to two teenage girls. The man approached the girls last wednesday. He told the girls, apparently, the girls told investigators that the man was not wearing pants and he had been watching him. The man is believed to be in his 40s. Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to call silent witness. Scottsdale police are looking for a man who escaped custody. A salt river Police Officer was watching a 27yearold this morning but the officer stepped out of the room and that is how he freed his handcuffs from a bed and rushed a Security Guard and left the hospital.
