Reporter after more of a year in delays in his Mental Health evaluation the report is finally ready. A judge will review and he will decide today if richard kirk is fitted stand trial. Last September Kirk changed his plea to guilty by reason of insanity and a judge will review that report and decide whether to set the case for for treatment. The defense suggests that when kirk killed his wife in may 2014 he was so impaired by the marijuana infused candy that he may not have intended to kill his wife.
