The number of available homes throughout the valley is down sharply. This is the lowest listing of homes ive seen in my 30 years. Theres just not enough houses for buyers out there. Reporter and as crazy as prices seem now, it will probably be much more in probably a few years based on what clark found when he looked up the homes price the previous time it sold. But it also sold in 2010 for 908,000. So in seven years the price has gone up 1 million. Reporter so the prices just keep going up and up. Weve just learned since weve been here that another house on this same street a couple of blocks down is also now on the market for 2. Up with million dollars. Its a 2. 1 million. Although i would like you to all take into consideration that providing 90day sixmonth housing is important in our city for people coming in, for Cancer Treatment at ucsf, children coming here for California Pacific Medical Center and also other corporations that were trying to encourage here in San Francisco.
