And thats why they are spending money to modernize this rotunda and this transportation hub. It looks very old. Not bad. I dont like the rotunda. I dont like it. Reporter this rotunda, like it or not, has served as the main entrance for the Downtown Berkeley bart station for almost half century. Now city leaders and bart are about to pump 10 million into the heart of berkeley transforming this hub into Something Like this. This is a city being reborn right here.
