City leaders this evening now expressing anger and sadness about the shooting. Several antioch and Pittsburgh Police officers have been arrested in connection with an 18 month long fbi investigation into an alleged criminal network of Law Enforcement officers. According to the east bay times, the fbi rounded up the offices early this morning in a series of raids around the bay area. The raids followed, indictments handed down by a federal grand jury in San Francisco. It accuses the current and former officers with a wide range of offenses, including criminal conspiracy.
