Nbc news confirms an alert went out to Law Enforcement last month about this threat indicating this teenager was planning a detailed attack involving multiple attackers, firearms and explosives against a visiting dignitary. Now, this bulletin also says that the boy obtained detailed explosives instructions and also disseminated those online on social media. Again, this individual, a teenager from new jersey, has been arrested and charged at this point. Although i can tell you there are no public documents right now to support that arrest that we have been able to find at this point. Weve also reached out to the fbi. Her daughter is i believe in the Dominican Republic and on the way back and i feel bad. Crews are sifting through the debris to find 47yearold franchesca firaroa. She was in the process of moving out. Her car was in the vicinity and her phone pinged a power near here and its since gone dead. Investigators believe this was a gas explosion possibly caused by someone who disconnected a kitchen stove. They said theyre not ruling out criminal activity. The blast so strong that flying debris struck two men and the adults, both managers at a near by market. All are expected to make a full recovery.
