Renault India: To boost the sales and demand momentum in the domestic market, Renault has launched the upgraded versions of its existing model lineup with new features. The automaker, which currently sells the Triber, Kiger and Kwid in India, is planning to launch 2 new SUVs and an EV by the next three years. It will also launch the next-generation models of Kiger and Triber.
Renault Sales In India: During the fiscal year to March 2023, the French carmaker sold about 79,000 units in the country. Of this, about 30,000 units were sold in rural areas and about 49,000 units in the urban areas. This is an increase from FY20 when only 6,000 units were sold in rural areas while the urban sales were at 83,000 units.
