Pequot Lakes High School graduate Alexis (Visser) Gerst has released her first book, called Leading Remote Teams: Embrace the Future of Remote Work Culture.
This book will take readers on a journey beyond average office leadership and into the high-performing realm of remote leadership. Gerst draws on her experiences leading technical teams before and during the pandemic to teach leaders how to embrace the technology available, improve work-from-home productivity, and maintain human connection in a remote work environment.

Tony Cash is an expert on policy, strategy and regulatory best practice. He is a former civil servant and his roles included Head of Strategy and Communications for the Joint Trade Policy Unit and Deputy Director of the Department for Business internal training team.
