The National Park service beach patrol rescue swimmers jumped into the water after the man without wet suits and tried to get to him as quickly as possible but they got into trouble because the surf is so rough out there. That the coast guard had to come out and rescue not only the victim, but also the rescue swimmers. San franciscos fog covers the rough surf now striking the edge of
