After months of pursuing Maharashtra Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) incessantly to clear the debris created by its laying of
underground cables, residents of Pancard Club Road at Baner lived their worst nightmare as the
unseasonal rains of Thursday and Friday brought the mud onto the road turning it slushy and sending twowheelers skidding on the stretch.
