A Fayette County man convicted of threatening to kill an eastern iowa a Waterloo Police officer will not face formal charges. Charges. Body cam video shows officer Adam Wittmayer yanking on the dreadlocks of a handcuffed suspect. It also shows the officer yelling at the suspect hitting him in the head and pushing him into a squad car. The suspects attorney sent this video to the fbi and cbs 2 news. News. Officials say the suspect is 24yearold Montavis Keller and that he nearly ran over officer wittmayer at the end of a highspeed chase.
