Dimapur, June 25 (EMN): Rajeshwari Karuna School in Tuli under Mokokchung district organised a 20-day workshop on drama at the school premises from April 25 to May 15. An update from the school stated that the finale of the drama workshop was held on June 21 on the theme “Why always me.” The drama was based on Humpty Dumpty’s life, where the actors (students) created their own dialogues with two original songs. The evening marked a colorful event with songs and various presentations by the students. Kilangtemsu Imsong, director/ actor in the field of theatre and films and alumni of National School of Drama, Tripura, and co-founder of Hill Theatre, Mapulemba, were the resource persons of the programme. It mentioned that 21 talented students were introduced to the foundational idea of creative drama by using different dramatic tools, experiences and discussions during the three-week workshop. The programme was attended by parents and well-wishers.
