A court in Delhi has ordered framing of charges against Faisal Farooq, the owner of Rajdhani school, and 18 others for their alleged involvement in a case of arson, attempt to murder and criminal conspiracy during the 2020 northeast Delhi riots.
A Delhi Court on Friday directed to frame charges against 19 accused persons under sections related to conspiracy for rioting, promoting enmity between two groups, arson, dacoity, murder etc.
A court here has charged a school owner and four others of rioting and arson in an alleged case of torching of properties and stone pelting during the 2020 northeast Delhi riots.
