Govt officials, industry experts brainstorm on use of AI for public grievances redressal

New Delhi: In a brainstorming session organized by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), senior government officials and industry experts discussed the use of artificial intelligence (AI) for public grievances and universal face authentication. The Secretary of DARPG highlighted the significant increase in e-service delivery across the country, with many states achieving 100% saturation. The session concluded with a focus on universalized face authentication, AI in grievance redressal, e-commerce initiatives, and media outreach.

Our Correspondent Imphal, Sep. 20 (EMN): In an effort to receive complaints and grievances from the public and to address it, a web-portal called ‘CM Da Haisi’ was launched at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat on Tuesday. Chief Minister N Biren Singh launched the web Portal in the presence of ministers Th Biswajit (Power), Y Khemchand (Rural Development and Panchayati Raj), Govindas Konthoujam (Works), Nemcha Kipgen (Textiles, Commerce and Industries), Awangbow Newmai (Water Resources), Dr. S Ranjan (Health), L Susindro (Consumers Affairs), Heikham Dingo (Social Welfare), Khashim Vashum (Transport). Public can now raise their grievances in the web portal by logging on to www.cmdahaisi.mn.gov.in wherein complainants can also check the status of their complaints.
