the law says? well, i think she was confused about the law. and all these quotes show to me one of three things. either a failure of the evidence, a failure of the prosecution attorneys, or both. and i think the prosecutors, we have to look really hard about what the prosecutors did here, because their job was to make sure that the jury understood the law and applied the law to the facts in this case. and this jury apparently is confused. this doesn t have to be an intentional killing in order to be convicted of manslaughter. right. somebody who is driving a car and is convicted of dui manslaughter didn t have to intend to kill that person. they could have been convicted and charged with manslaughter without an intentional act. however there is a problem here, there is a failure. and i don t blame this juror. i think it s a failure on the part of the prosecutor. however, the act of pulling the trigger has been conceded. nobody is even contemplating whether george zimmerma
