There will be no charges filed against a North Carolina Police Officer who shot and killed a man in an apartment complex in september. Both men in this case are black. The prosecutors said the man was armed and the officers actions were justified. Cbs Danielle Nottingham has details. Charlottemecklenburg District Attorney Andrew Murray announced there will be no officer brantly vinson for the september shooting death of Keith Lamont Scott.
