Speakers noted that these objectives will ultimately map out a bright future for the UAE – one where the youth will play an essential role in sustaining the country’s momentum and track record of accomplishments, allowing it to fulfil its vision to lead the world in various sectors.

Organised by the Education Affairs Office at the Crown Prince Court in Abu Dhabi, the 2021 Majlis welcomes 36 speakers. Shaikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, will deliver a special message to youth as a closing keynote of the event. The virtual sessions of the event will feature 12 federal government ministers, six high-ranking federal and local government officials, and numerous international experts in various disciplines related to the main topics of the Majlis. Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence welcomes first batch of students

Abu Dhabi: The Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI), the world’s first graduate-level, research-based artificial intelligence (AI) university, has officially welcomed its first student cohort at a virtual event with students from across the world, who will be beginning their studies in Abu Dhabi later this week. Dr Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology and Chairman of the MBZUAI Board of Trustees, delivered a welcome speech emphasising the critical importance of AI, especially during the pandemic, as well as in transforming industries to achieve greater outcomes. He was joined by Professor Dr Eric Xing, president of MBZUAI, as well as members from the student body, faculty, and staff from the university.
