This was a scene at the intersection of markley and west main streets in norristown earlier this morning. Police are still trying to piece together exactly what happened. Now, the initial police call for this incident just came in after 11 00 last night. This tractortrailer was reportedly involved in a hitandrun accident hitting several parked cars, as the truck came down markley approaching the inch section with main, sources say there was some sort of officer involved shooting leaving three bullet holes on the driver side of the truck.
