The rain already getting a pickup on the wind. Over areas over the bay a few sprinkles and south of point reyes but we are pretty much still dry. Lets check in on the winds, mount diablo reporting the wind gust of 27 in the northbay 23 as expected the winds were coming ahead of the rain and the wind advisory already in place. Thousands of people in San Francisco. A major power outage reported just after 8 00 is ongoing now. And likely wont be fixed for about another hour and a half. 22,000 customers specifically across San Francisco are without power right now. A number of neighborhoods affected. Uni says that Subway Service is delayed in both directions. You see sss put out an alert to its students and staff. This is neighborhoods infected include mission bay, dogpatch, the Mission District itself. The lower tides and now we valley. At this point pg e says it doesnt know the cause of the outage.
