Counties across northern and Central California will have their electricity shut off as a precaution starting just after midnight. Nearly 800,000 customers will be affected overall. Pg e is warning the people who arent in the shut off phone could still lose power because of the windy conditions. Lets take a look at the planned power shut off by numbers. As you can see the most affected area is Sonoma County with more than 66,000 being told they will lose power. The number of outages in marin county has not yet been announced. It is important to remember that not every customer in each county will experience a blackout. Henry lee begins our coverage and he is live with more on what the city and residents are doing to prepare for this.
