The man flying the drone, a 26yearold, a new York City Public School Science Teacher at the academy of Innovative Technology in brooklyn. Police say he turned himself in last night. This morning, he was charged with Reckless Endangerment and operating a drone in a new york city park outside of a prescribed area.
