I was sexually abused at a high school in Southern California, a catholic high school, and the school knew i was being abused at the time of the abuse, but chose to cover it up as opposed to protecting me. Reporter this is not the first charge against brother farrington. He was removed from ministry in 2002 after he was accused of sexual abuse by at least six people. Farrington is now 78 and lives here at sacred heart in los gatos. We went to the center today but were unable to reach him. We also reached out to the diocese of san jose, but received no response. The jesuit West Province issued this statement saying on december 7th, 2018, jesuits West Province released its list of jesuits with credible allegations of sexual abuse of a minor. It all started when an alarm went off, sharon . 1st and spring streets are closed as the sheriffs crime lab has been collecting evidence here in the first officerinvolved shooting in nearly 10 years. The police say just after 2 00 this morning, they got a call for the a burglar alarm. They saw a man standing in front of the business. The male was very agitated. Was aggressive towards the officers, challenging and then the male suddenly ran back into the business. The police say the man got out through a broken window at the back of the car dealership and an officer chased after him. The 2aa apparently got into a fight and the officer fired at least one shot. The officer fired his pistol hitting the male. Reporter no word if the suspect himself had had a weapon. The suspect the suspect was pronounced dead at the hospital. The town of lower lake in lake county. Its about 100 miles north of San Francisco burned more than 2800 square miles of pasture land and only 10 contained. They defend residence and digging containment lane around the blaze. 3 homes destroyed during the fire first day. None burned since. Hundreds of people ordered out of the homes.
