Reporter this is not the first charge against brother farrington. He was removed from ministry in 2002 after he was accused of sexual abuse by at least six people. Farrington is now 78 and lives here at sacred heart in los gatos. We went to the center today but were unable to reach him. We also reached out to the diocese of san jose, but received no response. The jesuit West Province issued this statement saying on december 7th, 2018, jesuits West Province released its list of jesuits with credible allegations of sexual abuse of a minor. Within seconds, a man in a dark hoodie came in and snatched the computer. And the guy was like hey. It was such a scramble. It was like a movie. Reporter julie says the young man dove into the getaway car. It was like a superman type dive. Made it pretty far into the car. I was pretty surprised. Oh, he might get it back. Whoever was inside tried to push him off the car. He got dragged up the road. And thats when it was awful. Police say the person in the photos was driving a white pickup when he hit an 85yearold man on monday. That man was crossing redwood street in his wheelchair. The driver did get out of the pickup briefly, but then droveaway. Police found the truck abandoned, but the driver remains on the run. The victim was treated at a hospital and has been released. More than a decade later and the hurt remains the same for those who knew oscar grant. 11 years ago today, a bart Police Officer shot and killed oscar grant at the Fruitvale Bart station. Today a rally was held to celebrate grants life. Johanness messily served two years. Grants father was at todays event. Less than two months after being released from prison. Police say right now there is no motive but the shooter has been arrested. And an accidental shooting in the south bay. Police say a man shot himself with a handgun. He is expected to be okay, though. An unusual new years day traffic stop has left one officer hospitalized. It started when a Police Officer pulled over a car for having a faulty license plate on highway 17 in san jose. Now during this stop, the officers smelled something odd and says he saw what he believed were drugs in the car. He then began to feel sick. A hazmat team was called in to determine what the substance was. The officer said it looked like heroin or methamphetamine. He is expected to be okay. Police took the driver into custody.
