Police say the person in these photos was driving a white pickup when he hit an 85yearold man. The driver got out of the pickup briefly and then drove away. Police found the truck abandoned. The driver wro the victim has been treated at the hospital and released. A suit filed against the diocese alleges a jesuit brother sexually assaulted a student. Brother William Farrington allegedly assaulted a man when he was 13. The victim is able to pursue legal action because, decades later, because of a new law. Reporter a san jose man claimed in the 0 60s, brother William Farrington sexually assaulted him. The alleged victim is pursuing bellerman, more than 50 years later. The lawa matter what age you are today, you can come forward as a jane doe and a john doe, bring a civil action, expose the offender. Expose the institution that concealed it, hold them accountable.
