Morning at st. Christophers hospital. He had been declared brain dead shortly after he was hit while walking with his mother near a playground. That happened on the 2700 block of mascher street. The 19yearold mother is recovering but at this point police have not made any arrests or identified who was driving the car seen on surveillance video.
