Disappointment that it was not appreciated that it is a denovo and that there was an opportunity to present the case better. Not just the break down of communication but i would like to have known the promises that were made and why they were not kept and that might have made an impact on me and i did have this thought why am i hearing so much about and i sympathize that she did not get a chance to speak, but there was present of time to speak and i join the fellow commissioners and i dont see any reason to over turn. Move to up hold on the basis that this is code compliant. We have a motion from commissioner fung. To deny both appeals, and up hold this permit, on the basis that it is cold compliant.
