Dr. Coal fox expects San Francisco could move to purple by then. A curfew would have to be implemented within 48 hours of that announcement. By the look of the citys latest case counts, we technically already qualify to be in that category. The third surge, there is no question. Its not a matter of if it will happen. It is happening.
