It is about time. We could use resources in better places. Many we spoke to were either indifferent or excited. If alcohol is legal, why should marijuana be legal . It is less harmful. It means people caught with the drug will not be arrested or face jail time, just a fine that is less than a parking ticket. Yesterday, the same offense meant a 1000 fine or six months behind bars.
