The story starts at about 2 45 a. M. When a burgundy Nissan Altima is involved in a shooting. That altima makes its way up southern avenue where they attempt a carjacking. Inside that vehicle, an offduty detective. The police chief takes over the story from there. The officer, who was shot, when they attempt the carjacking, he attempts to get away, tries to pull the vehicle away and they open fire on his car and start ramming the car. So theres kind of a bumping, you know, confrontation going up southern avenue until they get to bow enroad.
