With more. Jacob. This is where Brown Deer Police responded to the shooting. Just after 10 oclock last night. The apartment complex is called algonquin manor. Describing itself as a Senior Living center. The 21 year old victim in this shooting, identified by his mother as Maddox Franklin junior, was visiting her here. She says another tenant committed the shooting, but doesnt know why it happened. Police say the victim and suspect did know each other but the victims mo this other tenant a man in his 60s approached her son with a weapon, said nothing, then shot Maddox Franklin junior in the abdomen. Brown deer police say that suspect who we are not identifying until he is formally charged was arrested without incident. The Milwaukee County District Attorneys Office is expected to review this case on thursday. One other thing the victims mother told me was that her 21yearold son was a soonto be father.
