Norfolk police say it happened at 8 30 this morning. Eyewitnesses tell us the child was crying when Emergency Responders arrived. They say this is a School Bus Stop and the child was with his brother. Witnesses described hearing screams. I heard the screaming and the yelling. I talked to that 22yearold just as he got home to his house here in vermont. He says physically hes doing okay. Lost a little bit of weight out on that life raft.
