Not really moving at the moment. A couple of minutes later, he did start to moan a little bit. Then he started to cry. Reporter and that child was medflighted to the hospital. We are still waiting for an update on injuries. One thing a few neighbors have told us around here is that this street, this intersection speeding drivers.
