Serving in iraq from 2052 times to 2006 as an adviser to the state Department Provincial Reconstruction Team mr. Carter returned home to an increasing involvement in Veterans National affairs. As a civilian he is worked in the year as an attorney and business adviser and is currently teaching as an adjunct professor of law at georgetown university.
