MANILA - The ranking police aviation officer who mauled a subordinate who got blind in one eye due to the incident may face dismissal from the service, the Philippine National Police-Internal Affairs Service (PNP-IAS) chief said on Tuesday. In a message to reporters, IAS director general Alfegar Triambulo said he has ordered a probe parallel on the incident involving Col. Dulnoan Dinamling Jr., then commander of the PNP Aviation Security Group in Bicol region, who hit the victim Master Sgt.
