MANILA - The ranking police aviation officer who mauled a subordinate who got blind in one eye due to the incident may face dismissal from the service, the Philippine National Police-Internal Affairs Service (PNP-IAS) chief said on Tuesday. In a message to reporters, IAS director general Alfegar Triambulo said he has ordered a probe parallel on the incident involving Col. Dulnoan Dinamling Jr., then commander of the PNP Aviation Security Group in Bicol region, who hit the victim Master Sgt. Ricky Brabante of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion-5 with broken glass in his face.
